The Village House with Private Garden - Four Bedroom Nubian Home on Luxor West Bank

I liked the privacy of the house and the private garden area where if you request, the owner will prepare a meal with grilled meat of your choice. Great value. Bed was very comfy, with fluffy pillows. wonder kitchen and utensils. loved the bathroom size. Many places to sit and enjoy the moment. I watched Hang gliders fly by overhead. That was awesome and apparently not something you see in Luxor often.

There wasn't much I didn't like, I hopped in a Tuktuk to go places and also walked through the village and found a cafe. I enjoyed Mango juice, Turkish coffee and shisha. The people in the Village were very friendly and kind.

My stay at your home was just one day, but it was enough to leave me feeling so comfortable and grateful. The place was wonderful, warm, and peaceful — I felt at home straight away. A very special thank you to Abdallah and Ahmed, who were such incredible hosts. They are both genuinely good men — friendly, honest, and so thoughtful in how they look after their guests. As a solo woman travelling, I felt completely safe, supported, and welcomed the entire time. They helped me plan my day, organised everything I needed. The breakfast they brought me was fresh and delicious. They took me to Hatshepsut Temple, the Valley of the Kings and Colessi of Memnon during the day and took me to Country Garden after dinner for a party with the locals which was really special. They made it so easy to get around and see the best parts of the West Bank without any stress. Wow! What an experience! The house itself was clean, cosy, and beautifully kept, with a simple and traditional design that gives it a really calming atmosphere. The area is a little further from the ferry, but the quiet and privacy make it absolutely worth it — it’s peaceful, safe, and has a lovely local feel. The kitchen was great — well equipped and easy to use. I even went to the local market, picked up fresh ingredients, and cooked dinner there. The balcony was a really lovely space for me to do my yoga practice in the morning with a view of the mountain. Thank you for your warm welcome and all the thoughtful touches that made even a short stay so memorable. I would definitely come back again, and I hope your home continues to be filled with comfort and blessings.

The location is a little far from the ferry, but the quiet and safety of the area made up for it

Het ontbijt was goed. En het appartement is heel sfeervol ingericht en met een goede keuken . De slaapkamers zijn mooi ingericht en de bedden zijn prima . Ook de tuin is heel sfeervol en heerlijk om in te relaxen. Het ligt in een rustige wijk . En vanuit het appartement kun je naar vele bezienswaardigheden in Luxor .
