Location is too far away from anything, trying to get access or make contact with someone is terrible, they power cut out to the house at 4am and we couldn't get hold of anyone till after 6am to come and entere something in the power box to give us power back. To access the property both Booking.com and the site were terrible with communication, Booking.com wouldn't know customer service if they were trained in it and the site did not respond to calls emails or any form of communication. In the end i had to pay my local driver to go to the property and find out how to access the site. Better options in Kuta or Legian and NOT THROUGH BOOKING.COM!!!!
