Absolutely 100% outstanding

Netan, Sri and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Netan found out my wife wasn't well and had a pot of ginger tea prepared for her. The service they gave was impeccable and outstanding...quick and precise, friendly and out of this world.

Great Villa with Private Pool

The villa with the private pool is fantastic. The pool is closed from three sides. From the open side, it is covered by trees so it is almost impossible from anyone outside to see. The villa is clean overall but being in a tropical area, seeing insects is expected especially at the pool area. Nothing harmful though. The place is quiet unlike many other options in Bali. If you want peaceful, relaxing stay, this is the one to go for. The food is also excellent & tasty. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Great value for money too. Highly recommended overall.

Only downside is that it is far from main Bali attractions if you are planning to go to a lot of places. So you need to plan your day trips in the early morning (around 8 AM).

Luxury privacy and great service, beautiful place to relax

Most comfortable bed ever! Lovely villa with all the luxuries. Superb staff and delicious food. Peaceful, relaxing and great massage too. We ordered room service a few times and everything was delicious.

Location was out of the way, which meant we needed to organise transport rather than. Strolling down to a nice bar.

The staff were incredible especially Desak and Natan. We really enjoyed the breakfast options whether it was in the villa or at the restaurant. The villa provided privacy which is what we were looking for. Also really loved that every time we spoke to someone they knew who we were without having to say which villa we came from which gave a more personalized experience

The location was a little tricky I felt like we couldn’t walk around although we probably could have if we didn’t have a small kid with us though.

Very good however not being able to swim in the private pool was disappointing.

Staff were extremely good.

We couldn’t swim in our private pool as the pool filtration system was not working. The fridge was in the downstairs area where the pool was. We moved it upstairs to where we slept.

Pleasant stay

The staff were very kind, accommodating, and approachable.

The cleanliness needs to be improved. Our toilet’s not working properly, the bath tub and pool is not that clean. Although I asked them to have the pool cleaned and they cleaned it, it still looks a bit grimy. Location wise if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Unfortunately there’s not much cafe’s nearby. You need to get a “grab” to get into the restaurants and marts. However, I really love the staff. They make you feel comfortable. So even with the above mentioned, I would still come to this place cause I know my requests will be heard.

WE LOVE BALI!!!

Dream villa, absolutely loved the private pool and lots of space, big room, big bathroom, big lounge. The breakfast every morning in Tanadewa Lounge was our favourite part of the whole trip. All of the staff were incredible, the best service we have ever experienced. We had the trip of a lifetime.

The downstairs pool area could have been cleaner when we arrived, though the staff were great and came to clean the pool and sweep up the leaves etc everyday

Relaxing

The villa was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had no hot water in our villa for the first day we asked to have it looked at and that was sorted within the day. It’s location made it hard to get around by foot, not many shops or restaurants close by. Located on a hill so many stairs to walk up and down including inside the villa. The kitchenette didn’t have glasses or wine glasses, no long life milk, we had to pay for that. You had to ask for everything including having the mosquito coils lit each night. The restaurant food was very basic.

Beautiful villa ...excellent staff ... lovely floating breakfast ... quality of food ... again would just go there for the lovely staff

Air conditioning was not working. However, a quick call to them sorted everything. Bedside lamps could not be switched off ... lots of ants in the bathroom.... breakfast though delicious took ages to come .... no ice available after 10 pm

they have good facilities, even though it is located in the middle of a residential area there is no noise on the street. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is also delicious.

there is the sound of the pump engine which is very noisy and gives me a headache. I asked the staff to turn it off but it only turned off automatically. I hope they can fix the machine. the employees are still new so they need additional training and the restaurant is closed
