Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet und fehlt etwas, einfach den Gastgeber Georgi fragen und es wird besorgt. Die Tiefgarage bietet ausreichend Platz auch für größere Fahrzeuge und ist einfach zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist funkelnagel neu und daher noch teilweise an manchen Stellen von Handwerkern bevölkert, stören aber nicht. Der schöne Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, dort gibt es Restaurants und Cafes und ein kleines Einkaufszentrum. Die Goldküste mit all dem Rummel ist 9 km entfernt, die Innenstadt von Warna etwa 6 km.
Wir waren im 2. Stock auf der Nordseite, daher kaum Sonne auf dem Balkon und keine wirklich tolle Aussicht. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft die vierspurige N 9 mit iel Verkehr, insbesonders am Wochenende protzen die jungen Leute mit viel PS.
