Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, nahe an Deshaies und Grand Anse (aber ein Auto ist erforderlich). Zudem hat man ein ganzes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück für sich, eigentlich beste Voraussetzungen, aber ...
... leider gibt es im Nachbarhaus einen Hund, der die halbe Nacht in schrillsten Tönen kläfft, womit an Schlafen nicht zu denken ist. Das Haus selbst hat zwei Mankos. Zum einen sind die beiden Schlafzimmer akustisch nicht wirklich getrennt, man hört sich gegenseitig husten. Für zwei Parteien, die "nur" ein Haus teilen wollen, ist das nicht wirklich optimal. Zum anderen ist die sehr schöne und gut möblierte Terasse ab nachmittags gegen 14 Uhr leider nicht mehr zu nutzen, weil es keinen Schatten gibt. Eine einfache Markise würde Abhilfe schaffen!
