About this house rental
Located in lush greenery, at the foot of the tropical forest, 5 km from Deshaies and 500 meters from Grande Anse beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe, this Creole kaz-type wooden house with its panoramic bedroom open to trade winds, its large terrace with integrated sea view swimming pool will allow you to spend a pleasant stay.
Kitchen barbecue grill movable gas fires, bathroom with shower, outdoor WC on deck, bedroom with a 2m/2m bed, fan and large mosquito net, living room under a ceiling fan, the two rooms are independent.
Be careful the spiral staircase to access the bedroom is narrow

washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, microwave oven, towels, sheets, garden furniture, deckchairs, swimming pool.
Prices: minimum 7 days
Low season from May to the end of October: 735 euros per week
High season from November to the end of April: 805 euros
A deposit check of 800 euros will be requested on your arrival at the accommodation and will be returned to you on your departure if no damage has been observed.

Belle villa avec chambre magnifique et lit confortable. Belle terrasse avec petite fenêtre sur la mer. Bien située à proximité de belles plages avec sentiers les reliant. Cuisine et salle de bain extérieures.

Nous avions passé un très bon moment dans cette maison. Il a un Flair particulier. Une grande Terrasse avec piscine en pleine nature - magique!!! La chambre à l'étage supérieur dispose d'une "climatisation naturelle"pour ainsi dire. Les fenêtres ont des ouvertures et laissent entrer une légère Brise dans la pièce... tout simplement divin. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette maison. Merci Véronique et Didier pour un Accueil chaleureux.

Nice setting (can see ocean thru cut-out in foliage). No Wifi. Unfortunately, cellular coverage poor with 3G usually 1-2 bars and often only ”E” so internet slow and intermittent when connected. Narrow spiral staircase OK as long as physically fit, but difficult or impossible to get full-size suitcase up stair to bedroom. However, my carry-on was possible. Top bed comfortable with pleasant breeze at night.
