We had a very warm welcome when we arrived at 10pm after a delayed flight from Paris. We were shown around the property and there was a bottle of water and some home grown pineapple in the fridge. The property is perfect for a couple and all that we needed for our stay on the island.

We found the perfect place to stay near the Grande Anse beach and Deshaies in Guadeloupe. Claudine's property is very private, quiet and secure. Yet it is within a few minutes walk to the Grande Anse beach. We avoided the traffic and expense of parking, and we also had a store and gas station nearby. Deshaies is five minutes by car.Most important, the rooms are also very private, secure and clean. There is a complete bath with a large shower, the bed is very comfortable, and there is ample room for storing clothes. The attached outdoor kitchen and dining area is sheltered and very well equipped. Claudine is very welcoming, and she helped us use the available washing machine.

Nous avons été hébergés deux semaines dans ce gite très propre donnant sur un jardin superbe et à proximité de la très belle plage de Grande Anse. Une petite épicerie à 50m vous permet de vous ravitailler et trois traiteurs à moins de 200 mètres vous proposent des plats divers et antillais pour une dizaine d'euros (Passion Créole, La Kaz à Pat et Jo's Burger).
Claudine et Jean-Michel ont le souci permanent du bien-être des hôtes et ont répondu à nos attentes.
En ce qui nous concerne, cette adresse est à retenir !

Nous avons passé une super belle semaine, nos enfants et leurs conjoints dans le bungalow et nous les parents dans le studio. La situation du gîte est vraiment bien. C’est très tranquille, près de la plage et d’un petit dépanneur au coin de la rue. Tout a été parfait. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et ils répondent rapidement. On serait resté encore une semaine..... la seule chose par contre serait d'avoir un frigo plus grand.. sinon tout a été parfait. On va revenir.
