Dichtbij allerlei faciliteiten.
2 badkamer te klein en rook niet erg fijn ivm afvoer lucht. Buitenkant gebouwen werden verbouwd waardoor tuin niet gebruikt kon worden. Moest zelf de handdoeken wassen, niet erg, er was een wasmachine maar drogen ging niet makkelijk ivm gebruik door bouwvakkers.
