The huge space in common areas such as the verandas, gardens, the sitting room, the grill area and the kitchen. Space is a plus. The position of the house is also excellent, with sun exposure the whole time. A well furnished kitchen. The warmth inside even when it was quite cold outside.
Some maintenance aspects such as the extra fridge not working and the one extra toilet not working as well. Not much to complain about
