About this villa rental
This is our family vacation house which we use often and would be renting while leaving on holidays.
There are 3 floors, a terrace communicating with the kitchen, a garden with swimming pool.
AT the ground floor there is a garage (which we will keep for our belongings during your stay), a room with door to the garden and pool and a toilet. We have created a place to put a double bed and separated it from de sitting room by a curtain.
At the middle floor there is the kitchen, and single double bed bedroom, a bathroom and the big sitting room.
At the top floor there are 3 bedrooms: one with double bed, one with 3 single beds and one with a single bed and 2 cribs. (we have an extra folded bed, that we can put there if you wish. There are 2 bathroom, one with hydro massage and the other one by the double bedroom.
We can organizer transfers from and to our apartment or the airport.
We can also organize cleaning when you need.
Please note that for bigger groups (>8 pax) we might ask to bring some bed linen and towels.

Property is in a nice quiet location from which you are able to walk to both restaurants and stores, as well as the beach and surfing lessons. (You can also take a nice walk all the way to Ericeira centrum if up for it!)
The house is very personal and homely, yet spacious and worked well for our big group of 13 people including children aged 1,5 up to teenager.
- The pingpong table was a big hit!
- The LP section in main room added a nice touch!
The AC downstairs was not working at the time of our stay, this caused some additional indoor humidity which could be felt, perhaps due to the weather at the time as well. We were offered air dryers to minimise the effects.
AC's in the rest of the house was working well.
Kitchen had all the appliances that we needed.

A comfortable family home ideal for visiting family with host items throughout adding interest. All usual required facilities provided and good pool (unheated). A/c unit issue on arrival quickly resolved by owner/agent. Short walk to shop/bars etc, short car/bus ride or longer walk to town centre or many surfing beaches. Good base for further trips to Lisbon, Sintra and coastline.

Muy acogedora. Buena piscina!
La casa es muy agradable y muy grande, estuvimos tres familias juntas, en total 12 personas.
