Convenient location and very clean. Had everything we needed
Very hard bed led to poor sleep. No pillowcases for sofa bed.

Everything was excellent—from the clear, friendly communication with the host to the spotless, comfortable apartment. It’s an ideal base for exploring Ely, perfectly located within easy walking distance of the train station, cathedral, high street, and river. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great location, comfortable and warm (once we got the heating going). Clean and airy, and though on a busy road, quiet. Great mattress and shower. Ely is a really lovely place, and this apartment is very well placed to explore it.
The parking situation was a bit of a pain - you have to move the car during the day to avoid traffic restrictions. This is explained in the description of the property, and you get used to it. Also, for an apartment that is billed as luxury, the cutlery and crockery etc are a little sparse. More mugs, plates and especially cutlery, please.

Great location, comfortable beds, great sized clean space with everything needed. Owners were very communicative and dealt with issues very efficiently.
Only very minor things such as a couple of dirty glasses and no tea towel!
