The door code was not sent in advance and it wasn’t possible to contact the owner via WhatsApp - hence incurred an expensive internal call to sort this out.

Beautiful location, spacious, clean and modern studio, very kind owners. Comfortable bed, hot water with good pressure. We’ve had great time in Ely and would recommend to friends , thank you

Central location was very convenient. The interior building where we stayed was quiet and thoughtfully appointed for short-stay guests.
Not having reservable parking onsite (yet?) A small soap or soap pump for the hand basin in en-suite bathroom, and a mini fridge were the only two missing items from our otherwise comfortable and well-appointed room.

Very well- equipped apartment. It had everything that we needed. The location was aldi excellent.
Unfortunately, there were some abusive, noisy men in the street outside on both nights, shouting at each other until the early hours. We didn’t get to sleep until things quietened down at about 1.30am. Not much the owner could do about this other than replacing the windows with double-glazing - which would be extremely expensive.
