Location, the quality of the studio was excellent, and very comfortable and very clean. Tea and coffee facilities bottles of water were greatly recived.

The flat wqs very clean and tidy apart from below comment
The property unfortunately smelt of cigarettes and when we used the shower it smelt a very drain like. The flat part from this was very clean and tidy and comfortable apart from smelling smoke most of the night - not sure if someone had been smoking in there or a smoker had just stayed there and made the flat smell.

Lovely little apartment, really comfy bed. Very clean space. The kitchen had some welcome supplies in a basket which was a really nice touch. Check in was well organised and really clear instructions. We were also very thankful for the fan in the hot weather! The location was very central, we were minutes away from all the main attractions/shops. We also really appreciated the binder full of info!
Could do with a mini freezer as well as the fridge for ice etc (the hot weather meant we did fancy some ice) but appreciate there probably isn't quite enough space. Also, perhaps in the check in instructions, some more info about the parking situation could be sent ahead of time to explain the restrictions (again this was all in the binder of info but knowing it before time also is good!)

Location was excellent.
The bed is situated in a nook and horrendous climbing in and out.
Also cupboards the above, useless as couldn't reach!
Mattress was like a Marshmello.
No hooks for towels in the bathroom.
Towels were old and had holes in them.
No waste bin in bathroom.
Floor boards near kitchen sink were damp and need replacing - suspect a leak under the floor.
USB sockets nice idea but didn't work.
