Cosy 1 Bedroom Flat Sleeps 2 Free Wi-Fi

Convenient for the town centre, bus links; I needed easy access to the hospital for a few days this was ideal. Definitely cosy and quiet, good communication with owners if I had any issues they were quick to respond. Good selection of cooking utensils for making my own meals.

I think initial impressions of the location, graffiti in the area can't really be helped by owners as it is in a building just off from the town centre that being said it was quiet even with the path at the back. If you have mobility issues it is a basement flat and there is a couple of small steps up and down for the bathroom. My only other very small issue was the couch looks smart but was not the most comfortable for sitting say in the evening to watch a movie but that's more personal preference overall it was a decent place to stay and thank you to the hosts.

This property is very quiet. It has all the amenities you would expect and it's in a relatively central location. The keybox made it easy to gain access at any time, which was helpful, given my arrival at 8pm on a Sunday.

First impressions were not great, in that the communal hallway was a little messy and run down. The property is in the basement and therefore very dark. Although an effort had been made with the decor and the ameneties were there, there was a general air of things having seen better days. For example, the legs on one side of the sofa had come off and it was propped up on a brick; the dining chair legs wobbled, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working.
