Convenient for the town centre, bus links; I needed easy access to the hospital for a few days this was ideal. Definitely cosy and quiet, good communication with owners if I had any issues they were quick to respond.
Good selection of cooking utensils for making my own meals.
I think initial impressions of the location, graffiti in the area can't really be helped by owners as it is in a building just off from the town centre that being said it was quiet even with the path at the back. If you have mobility issues it is a basement flat and there is a couple of small steps up and down for the bathroom.
My only other very small issue was the couch looks smart but was not the most comfortable for sitting say in the evening to watch a movie but that's more personal preference overall it was a decent place to stay and thank you to the hosts.
