Kingsbridge Central, Stylish apartment with free parking

The apartment was very clean. It is in the heart of the city centre so it was easy to move around and very close to the mall

The stairs and entrance to the building was very dirty and smells badly. I understand that the entrance is being used by other tenants too but it’s needs proper maintenance. The towel rack was rusty

Location and parking. In the centre of Swindon with access to parking spot this was ideally located for the Wyvern Theatre and a short walk to the old town.

The access to the apartment was by private security door but this area was a little smelly due to one of the neighbours having a dog which used the facilities near this door. Once inside though this was out of your mind

The apartment is very comfortable. There is a large bed and a clean bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

1.Extreme Outside Noise: The apartment is located directly opposite the MECA Swindon concert venue and on a major bus route. The street noise, bass, and crowds make it impossible to sleep. 2.No Ventilation/Cooling: During hot weather, the apartment has absolutely no air conditioning or even a basic electric fan. 3. Unbearable Conditions: Keeping the windows open to breathe introduces deafening street noise. Keeping them closed turns the room into a sauna. As a result, we have experienced severe sleep deprivation throughout our entire stay.
