Mango Villa Guesthouse Varkala - A Garden Home

I loved the vibe and the effort that had gone into making the place serene and artful.

Honestly could not find flaws. Its a humid time of year so the bathroom takes a while to dry if you shower. Usual at this time of year due to humidity and low airflow.

The Best place if you want to explore the Varkala cliff, all the shops and restaurants nearby by foot. The host is such a nice and young Lady, ready to help with everything. Thank you Mini for your care and hospitality. Hope to see you again some where in the world😉🇧🇬

Mango Villa was so peaceful and I really loved the room - little details like ambient bedside lights and l=plug sockets that actually fit my charger )rare in India!) everything was thought about. The decor was lovely and really felt like home. Mini was so kind and even gave me a ride to a local beach one morning. Loved my stay will definitely come back :)

Everything was great!

Centrally located, nice views of the mango tree from the balcony. It was easy to contact Mini (the owner) via WhatsApp. The housekeeping staff were friendly and worked hard around the property.

We didn't feel this was good value for money. There was very little hot water for shower (only in the afternoon when the sun was out). The bed was too hard for our taste, and bed linen was lower quality. The balcony could have used a fanbas it's get very hot out there. There was a neighbour burning things in the garden often which made sitting outside unpleasant due to smoke inhalation. We missed our early morning cup of tea due to the cups being unhygienic. Obviously they were replaced later and apologies made. In cheaper accommodation we would not feel the need to include these details in the review however the quality of the accommodation did not match the price in our opinion
