I booked this place because I had read so many reviews on the hospitality of the people running this place. Which is one of the key reasons I booked it. But I didn’t experience a lot of this, there was mostly nobody there (also didn’t see other guests) which was a bit of a downer for me travelling alone. Only nice thing was one of the guys took me to the atm because that was a bit far away. Then there were the facilities. They confirmed to me (when booking) there was hot water but I didn’t have warm water (there was no visible switch) and the water pressure was very very low. So I couldn’t wash my hair. I told them but still didn’t get better. The sockets next to the bed didn’t work and there were multiple moments the electricity went off so no lights and AC. That might be out of their control but all together it made my stay less comfortable as I expected.
