The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet and charming independent villa on the slopes of Vesuvius and just 1 km from the sea: a strategic geographical position that allows you to easily reach the main tourist locations, thanks to the very short distance (150 m.) from the Circumvesuviana station, a continuous train service that in a few minutes will take you to Pompeii (5 min.), Herculaneum (15 min.), Naples (25 min.), Sorrento (40 min.).
Furthermore, the structure is close to the Torre Annunziata Nord toll booth of the A1 Naples/Salerno (800 metres), an ideal starting point for those headed by car towards the Amalfi coast (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) and the Sorrento coast; therefore it is an optimal solution that allows you to plan many interesting itineraries to follow during your stay.
The house consists of:
- three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the possibility of adding a single bed and the other with two single beds;
- a comfortable bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine;
- a large living room which leads to a garden terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella where it is possible to have meals;
- the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods.
The apartment can accommodate four to eight people, with easy parking along the road in front of the villa.
In front of the structure you can also take advantage of a convenient, well-stocked minimarket.

We stayed in the Villa "Ella" for 21 nights in October 2025 and had a wonderful time! Our hosts, Silvio, Tina and Giuseppe were so welcoming and kind. After an all night flight they graciously allowed us to check in early. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos (spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with all necessary amenities) with added warmth and grace of the lovely hosts. We had chosen the location for proximity to sites in Napoli, the Amalfi coast and the accessibility to Rome via Napoli Centrale train station. The villa is in a lovely gated area and just a 10 minute walk to the Circumvesuviana train line that allows easy travel adventures along the southern Italy coast/border. One Friday when our son was arriving, there was a national train strike. Giuseppe graciously agreed to retrieve our son from the Napoli airport for a very reasonable charge; we were so appreciative! Our visit to Italy and the Campania region exceeded our hopes! Memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Giuseppe, Tina and Silvio! We highly recommend your lovely villa.

What a gem of a place to stay, the villa had 2 large bedrooms with an additional smaller one. The bathroom were very modern with everything you need. The kitchen was equaled with everything however you are within a 20 minute walk to several restaurants and stores. Also within 10 minutes of convience stores. The home has a private garden area which is beautiful and very private. You could not ask anything more from the host, they were so accommodating . This is a great place to stay 2 or 3 nights before a cruise leaving out of Naples

Air-conditioner wasn't working and no offer to fix. Not much within walking distance. Could use some explanations in English. Parking isn't great. Not sure but we felt that owner came in when we were out and turned off outdoor light we left on. The place itself was great for two couples.
