The van is in a good position with sea views as advertised, close to main facilities but we had no difficulty with noise. You are able to park one car adjacent the van. There is no decking area but it would be possible to sit on adjacent grassy areas if you provided your own chairs I think. The lounge area is spacious with plenty of bench style seating, a wall mounted fire and a small dining table. There is a metal grey side table that is very rickety and needs some attention. The tv was not tuned to receive satellite stations or ITV. Unfortunately no user manual was present and this was a theme with this van. There was no documentation at all available (eg how to operate heating/boilers or what emergency action should be taken). The kitchen was well stocked with 6+ of every item except tumblers (4), a 2-slot toaster, under-counter fridge with internal small ice box and a gas grill/oven. Some pans needed a Phillips type screwdriver as the handles were very wobbly but we didn’t have one with us. We managed to make a meal-deal stir fry for 2 in the frying pan but it was very full and a bigger pan would be useful if a family was staying. There are no basic condiments (eg salt, oil, sugar,) or bin liners provided, and as per description you need to bring own tea towel, washing up liquid and cloth. There is one double and 4, 2’ ( narrow) single beds. 6 clean pillows were provided without protectors, and for our stay there were 2 single and 1 double 13.5  tog duvets. The beds had mattress protectors on, these were standard size single protectors in the single bedroom so slipped around the bed (and needed a wash) . We were comfortable but the bedrooms were small and could get quite warm. There are wardrobes with hangers in all 3 bedrooms, good storage space under the beds, no bedside lights or drawers. The bathroom had good storage space and a good size shower cubicle with small heated towel rail.

Had everything you need. Very spacious. Hosts were quick to communicate with any queries! Location is lovely, gorgeous view of the sea from the caravan 😍
