The property was well cared for and easily accessible. The owner was very friendly and communicated well. The living area was spacious.

Obviously you expect the caravan to be hot in the day and cooler overnight to the point of being too cold. The corridor off the living area was cramped with five doors opening onto each other. The furniture on the deck was covered in bird poop making it unusable. There was a lot of rubbish beneath the caravan. If the owner is paying for a cleaning service then she needs to visit the caravan after this is done as there was rubbish underneath the kitchen seating area. The carpet was not clean. However in defence of this, I tried to vacuum it but the wet dog odour from the vacuum was overwhelming. The vacuum also had poor suction power. I cleaned the bathroom and toilet before I left as well as the kitchen area and surfaces in the living area.

Lovely and clean on arrival. It smelt really clean as well, good location on site

Self check in. View of the water in the distance from the caravan. Quiet park on weekdays. Good picture on TV. Maintenance on hand. Bus to town.

Where to start. Boiler broke and left us trying to fix it to get hot water to shower which ate into our main day out, planned activities. Cleanliness fell way below expectations. Caravan smelled really bad. Very musty on arrival and still noticeable every time we returned after being out. Poorly equipped kitchen. Dirty, chipped cups, mishmash of glasses, two or three of each. Plates and cutlery dirty/ stained. Cutlery really cheap and budget and not enough of everything. Dirty draining board. Had to wash all kitchen items to use them. Kettle limescale was really bad. Had to buy descaler and soak kettle. Dirty under the beds. Single beds were incredibly small. Markings worn off cooker making it difficult to understand how to turn it on. No WiFi but no or very weak network across several phones on different networks. Only one pillow covered that was included in the £10 extra cost. Would have expected two. Not enough clothes hangers. Not enough plug sockets and sockets with little room before them making it difficult to plug in certain things. Underpants were found under mattress. Stick on bedroom lights not working. Flat battery/ broken clock. Stained curtains, thick dust on ornaments and some surfaces, dining table edge peeling off, loose/ wonky cupboard doors. Bathroom light turning on and off constantly. Filthy windows. Dated bed linen and lounge soft furnishings. Broken door hook so outside door wouldn't stay open. Tiny freezer but fridge froze a lot of food placed in it. Only one shelf in the oven (should have been two at least). Tiny microwave. No tea, no coffee as stated in offer. No outdoor furniture as stated. No bin bags supplied, very little basics supplied. Very noisy music for several hours on Saturday until very late from club nearby on site. Could not hear the TV without turning it up loud. Other issues too but overall don't understand how this place has attracted the reviews it has.
