Расположение очень хорошее. Дойти до достопримечательностей можно пешком.
Соседи с самого раннего утра сверлили стены, делали ремонт.
Одна комната проходная. Это не удобно, когда отдыхают 2 пары. Этого не было отмечено в объявлении.

Posizione centrale in 2 Min sei a Porta Nuova, ben servita. A pochi passi c'è panificio, bar negozi e macelleria..
Staff molto disponibile
Purtroppo non è il massimo se vuoi riposare, strada molto trafficata e vicini di casa per niente silenziosi, diciamo che mantengono vivo il quartiere 😃.
Consiglio almeno un altro condizionatore nella stanza centrale, anche perché è sprovvisto di finestre e balcone.
Ci metterei anche qualche pentola in più dato che l'appartamento è per 4 persone.
...e la cosa più importante, consiglierei un po' più di accortezza per le pulizie...
