For one person just looking for somewhere to shower, sleep and make a cup of tea this was good value as very cheap.
It's very noisy: on main road with noisy cars and motorbikes into the night, barking dog and slamming of doors and gates in the block at 5am each day. Can't open window because of noise so hot even at end of October. Crossing the road is scary, but you get used to it... same in whole city.
Needs updating throughout, especially shower, but you get what you pay for! Lovely host!

very nice location, maybe the best. It could have been perfect with air conditioning because the fan is really noisy.
there’s a good kitchen but nothing to cook with.

Silvana e Ugo are very kind and hospitable and it very easy to reach them for anything. The location is superb👌🏼
Maybe it would be good to have two keys since it is for 3 persons apartment. Second key would be useful 😊
