Spacious 2BR City Apt Panoramic Views & Parking

The location is good, also the view is the best part of this stay. You can see Albert Park from the window and can hear the engine nosie when racing.

Couple of things can do better. 1: The bed is on wheels and slides across the floor with the slightest movement. I noticed a previous guest mentioned this in their review, and it is disappointing that it hasn’t been addressed. A simple set of wheel caster cups would easily resolve this, but the lack of maintenance here was frustrating. 2: The check-in experience was far from smooth. I requested a late arrival a month in advance, but was told I had to coordinate directly with the host. Despite messaging the host three days before my stay—and again on the day of arrival—I received no response. After being ghosted by the host, I had to circle back to the property management company in the morning, who initially sent instructions that did NOT support late check-in, they need to raise an urgent request for me.... It wasn't until the afternoon of my arrival, after I had already scrambled to find someone to pick up the keys for me, that they finally offered a solution. This lack of coordination and communication could be handled much better 3: The building has nice gym and swimming pool located at floow 52, but not sure due to a short stay policy, the tenant need to contact the host to finish a safty induction then can access.
