The apartment is in an excellent location, conveniently situated within walking distance of public transport, shopping, entertainment venues, and the CBD. This made it very easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was friendly, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay. We greatly appreciated being allowed to check in slightly earlier and check out later, which added extra convenience to our trip. The apartment itself was immaculate, well-presented, and exceptionally clean. It was clear that a high standard of care and attention to detail had been maintained. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, making the arrival process seamless and stress-free. Overall, the property provided a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for quality accommodation in a central location.

We would have happily rated this property 10/10, as there were many aspects we enjoyed during our stay. However, after considering the overall cost and value for money, we feel it is important to provide some honest and constructive feedback. The main issue was the construction site directly opposite the balcony. Throughout our stay there was regular noise, including jackhammering, clanging, and shouting, which impacted the peaceful atmosphere we were expecting. We also felt that privacy was limited, as workers could see directly into the spa area. As the spa was one of the key reasons we chose this property, this was disappointing and meant we only used it once. We believe it would be helpful for future guests if the nearby construction activity was clearly disclosed in the listing. It may also be worth updating the photos, as the current images do not appear to reflect the present surroundings. In addition, we received requests to provide a 10/10 review before we had even arrived. While we understand the importance of positive feedback, this felt somewhat premature. Overall, the apartment itself was very nice, but greater transparency about the construction and a less proactive approach to requesting reviews would have helped set more accurate expectations and improved our experience.

The balcony space was phenomenal and the spa made the space that much nicer. The whole space was beautifully furnished. The host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and was a fantastic help.
