From the very moment I booked, communication was excellent, staff ensuring a great stay for myself and my 3 daughters. I had many questions in the lead up and responses were prompt every single time. On the day, online assistance for the check-in process was extremely supportive wich put me at ease. Upon arrival we immediately noted the cleanliness of the apartment and the instructions/guest book was so easy to understand and follow, with photos to assist, brilliant! Location Location Location We were in the CBD for a 2 day convention and WOW just WOW. Everything at your fingertips, walking distance to so much!!! 5 minutes to MCEC 5 minutes to Crown Complex 5 minutes South Warf 10 minutes DFO shopping 10 minutes SeaLife Aquarium Free city loop tram at your door IGA under the building On-site parking was 10/10 as my cx9 usually struggles to fit in CBD parking but this was perfect for someone who does not love city driving. Checkout process was simple and I would absolutely recommend for anyone who's playing a city stay in Melbourne Finally, the review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention the view, the night lights and the magical Ferris Wheel looked SPECTACULAR. Will definitely stay again if we return to Melbourne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was fantastic, key pickup and drop-off was easy, car parking was great. Communication from the host was exceptional!

Wifi was average, lounge and dining furnishings need updating (not very comfy couches or dining chairs) Street noise is quite audible from trams, sirens, horns etc but probably more noticeable for us as we are not used to it.

The front door requires a key to open from inside which is pretty inconvenient during an emergency. You are unable to open or lock a door from the inside of the property without a key.

No staff at location. Having to find somewhere to park then walk to the IGA to get keys and the same on checkout was incredibly annoying. Having to pay security deposit separately and give bank account details to wait 7 days to get refund was unprofessional and have never come across this before, makes things very suspicious and uncomfortable
