the best camping place I have ever been. the houses look like tents, only made of wood and of better quality. We have a separate kitchen, shower and toilet. There is also a grill and a fireplace. And all this in a very charming place near the lake where the stars look wonderful without lights at night. I wish I lived in Estonia because I would come often

We booked the sauna house, it was very spacious and had everything one might need. We really enjoyed the sauna! The camping area is beautifully looked after. Also, we were greeted by an adorable cat (we've named him Inspektor), who was very friendly and loves back scratches.
The Kalda camping itself and the people staying there were very calm and polite. However, if you want a calm stay to enjoy the nature, I would suggest visiting the place on a weekday. We stayed there on Saturday and there were big parties with loud music nearby.

Very nice location with the lake view. Good facilities. In general really good value for money.
It is a pitty that there is no way for swiming in the lake.

The area is very tidy, House is warm and comfortable, very cozy yard in front of the house .Close to the lake. Nice movable grill available.
Fixable:
- we were staying in cabin #3 and seems like the hornet was trying to build a nest in the roof, was a little bit annoying. Also outside light was not working.
- there is only option to take a rowing boat (very cheap though, just 10€/day). The lake is often windy and it is impossible to use the rowing boat at such time. The boat is possible to rent in the place nearby.
Unfixable:
- the beds in the cabin are super low and tall person can easily hurt himself when laying down or standing up
- main complaint is that there is no beach. It is not a problem of this place, it is a problem of all campings around the lake. I don't know why they don't input money on making normal beach for recreation. It is impossible to get in the water, which makes swimming impossible. Also, it is kind of possible to fish from the land, but it is also not very pleasant experience, when beach contains of mud and stones
