Mugav, soe, puhas. Isegi kohv ja tee olid olemas, samuti põhiasjad toiduvalmistamiseks. Lisaboonusena kommikauss laual. Väga hea, et oli ka kattemadrats diivanil magamiseks. Rimi toidupood alumiselnkorrusel oli ka hea leid.

Maksimumpunktid kõige eest! Asukoht oli suurepärane ja ümbruskond jalutamiseks sümpaatne. Korter oli kodune ja väga puhas. Kõik vajalik oli olemas ning voodipesu tundus eriliselt mõnus. Lisaboonus on see, et väike toidupood asub samas majas. Parim ööbimiskoht Tartus!
