2BR Pools, Direct Oceanfront Views, Handicap, Nice

Everything was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and I like the fact that it didn’t have carpet that was a plus. The view was excellent!

The unit is well cared for, and the view (right over the trees) of the horizon was great.

The email (written by AI it seems and sparsely edited) that described the entry process, the cleaning process, and the general care was confusing. It needs to be edited to make the pertinent info up front, and use less 'I'm your pal' wording that AI tends to use these days. The Card key is NOT that important as there's free access through the main lobby. No one should have to lurk outside the drop off area and make folks uncomfortable when you ask them to open the door. All my gripes were centered around these, though.

The pool area was nice and it was close to a lot of places

The refrigerator was very old no icemaker in the fridge no light for the fridge, stove was not clean the light over it didn’t work. The bedroom tv didn’t work roaches trap was place in the kitt area no door covering the washer and dryer area and holes in the wall where washer and dryer was, bed had sand in it
