Amaze 18th floor Direct Ocean front Views & Pools

Location and decently clean, we’ve definitely stayed at worse.

The microwave and the kitchen light never worked along with a kitchen cabinet was broken and hanging off.

We definitely loved the beach front view and full sized kitchen

We found a lot of things to be dirty such as the dishes, utensils, pots and pans. We had to wash them ourselves. The coffee maker was also dirty like if it was just quickly rinsed and put back. The pull out bed and sheets were also dirty. Also had to be put to wash. And a lot of things like lamps and dressers were covered in a thick layer of dust. The dining table light bulbs were out but luckily I found a few lightbulbs and replaced them myself. There was also a nasty stain of some kind on the middle of the dining table. The carpet was really old and dirty my kids feet kept turning black. We checked in as a family of five but were only given four towels. And the day we checked in we were told key card/wristbands were in the room but weren’t which caused us to delay our first day there as we waited for them to be brought to us after going back and fourth with the rental company (which was only through text because they wouldn’t answer a phone call). And also the back door wouldn’t lock. And some trash throughout the apartment such as a box to some hardware and an empty water bottle and honestly everything seemed outdated and tattered.
