Amaze 18th floor Direct Ocean front Views & Pools

Within walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment. Views were spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room bracelets were ready and available upon entering the room. Room code was available and worked great upon arrival.

Emails for check out were a little confusing. Room was a little dated but mostly clean. Strong odor of stale cigerette smoke and strong pot smell drifting from one of the other rooms the last 2 days. At arrival, one of the beds (mattress/boxsprings) were just on the floor with no frame. We went out the next day and upon returning, the bed had been put on a frame. No one told us they were going to fix the bed. We had our suitcases laying on the bed open. I was not pleased to see they had to move our stuff to fix the bed. Had we known they were coming, we would have moved our own stuff. The frame was too big for the mattresses and parts of it stuck out, which I bumped into several times. It was very painful. Also, the parking deck gates remained open for our entire stay.

Great location

The location along with the room could probably use a deep cleaning

The view was amazing

The Area you can walking everywhere love that

My tv didn't work in my bedroom. If we needed extra towels we had to pay for them going through Third party No house keeper
