The location and the views.
As stated in other reviews. Everything needs updated. From the furniture, the carpet, the bathroom door coming off the hinge screws pulled out of frame and the outlets and fixtures. Again, nice location but some/ a lot reinvestment needed.

Location and decently clean, we’ve definitely stayed at worse.
The microwave and the kitchen light never worked along with a kitchen cabinet was broken and hanging off.

My tv didn't work in my bedroom. If we needed extra towels we had to pay for them going through Third party No house keeper
