I had an email with a pin and it did not work. They tried to call me but had wrong phone number. I had to search my paperwork to find the number to call as I do not do email, etc on my phone. Took me a while to get the code and get in. Electronic key to the parking garage did not work. Had to go to the front desk to get them activated. late one night when we could not get in
The thermostat in the second bedroom was broken. Had to leave this door open all the time to keep air into the room. Had to keep air on 68 to keep the room cool which lead to the rest of the condo being chilly. One beach chair was broken.

Loved the location and having a beautiful view. It was very clean.
The lock was broken on the balcony door in the 2nd bedroom. Security latch was missing on the 2nd bedroom's outer door to the hall. No inside handle on that door to exit straight into the hall in case of emergency.
There was a security latch on the main door but it didn't hold.
Sofa was uncomfortable.
