L’appartement est très mal isolé au niveau phonique : on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus ! La jolie cour n’est pas très bien entrenue, dommage...

La casa está bonita decorada y agradable. Con todos los amenities que puedes necesitar.
La casa tiene algo de humedad y la terraza está abandonada, no te puedes sentar en los asientos de lo deteriorados y sucios que están. Las escaleras de bajada a la casa son peligrosas.

A very good area close by the northern line, the flat is very well equipped for cooking and as well with other products ( e.g. washing powder) and the bed is quite comfortable.
The bathroom and the kitchen had a very persisting humid smell and one could hear lots from the above neighbouring flat. The bathroom of the neighbour sits right on top of the sleeping area and if you are unlucky and they do a wash, the washing machine will very likely disturb you (we got woken up at 8am by it).
