Convenient location, the furniture was almost new, nice and well equiped kitchen. Not having to leave clean when leaving, a great plus.
Some of the plates and french press were dirty

Modern clean stylish large, outside seating
Upper floor gets quite hot in the summer, occasional smell of gas at night from garden area. Make sure door to maintenance room on the lower floor next to the flat remains shut

The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants, cafés, and public transportation. The space was also generous, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. Communication with the host was smooth and respectful.
Cleanliness was below expectations. The living room sofa was heavily stained, to the point that we avoided sitting on it. The fabric dining chairs were also dirty. I had to clean the dining table and parts of the kitchen myself, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay.
