Xylo Apartments - Kentish Town

The flat was perfectly clean, pleasantly furnished, with a wonderful bathroom and all necessities provided. The check-in guide was seamlessly efficient and clear. The area is extremely pleasant and offers culinary solutions for all times of the day (and night), as well as pharmacies, grocery markets and all necessities one may need. Communication with Support is extremely good. Replies are quick and very helpful. Seriously, making guides this well is a skill! I look forward to my next stay!

Lovely building, felt safe and secure. Well equipped (washing machine, iron etc we didn’t need to use but nice to know was there) equipped kitchen, had all we needed. With a family was nice to have 2 bathrooms too. Good communication from the owners/team with regards to access and then lots of information about the apartment (lighting/heating/bins etc)

The curtain poles could do with some attention, trying to open the curtains and the poles coming down off their holdings, having to stand on furniture to put back in place. Unpleasant smell from the en-suite bathroom/shower drain. I think this could be a building /drainage thing as the place was very clean otherwise.

Clean and perfect location for our stay. The person that was on site was super helpful when we arrived in communicating with the property manager. The apartment was clean and roomy.

I feel the bedroom carpet should be changed or cleaned because of the stains right at the entrance as it would make the whole apartment feel brand new. Overall it is a beautiful apartment that looks newly renovated. I will be in the area often over the next few years and will definitely book again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in good location, on a quiet street and is very convenient for the tube. Based on the facilities alone I would have rated this property very highly.

There was a lot of noise from a neighbouring apartment, which kept us awake until the early hours. The sound comes through the walls and windows. The windows at the back of the apartments open onto a very small courtyard area so noise echoes around the back making it sound even worse. We chose to stay there to get a good night’s sleep instead of having to get up early to travel but probably would have had more sleep if we had slept at home. Curtains are needed in the living area to provide privacy in the evening when lights are on. Longer curtains that reach the floor are needed in the bedroom to keep light out.
