Welcome to our bright, spacious 2-bedroom apartment featuring two cosy double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom offers a bathtub. Enjoy the large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. There’s a washing machine in the unit and WiFi throughout. The building also has a lift for easy access.
ENTRANCE:
- As you enter, a convenient laundry area has a washer and dryer.
OPEN PLAN LIVING and KITCHEN:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, oven, a kettle, and a toaster.
- An open living area with a comfy sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a floor lamp.
BEDROOM 1:
- Features a UK double bed (190 X 135 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.
BATHROOM 1:
- Family bathroom with bathtub.
BEDROOM 2 / ENSUITE:
- Features a UK double bed (190 X 135 cm), a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- PLEASE NOTE! Parties are strictly forbidden, and only the guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- PLEASE NOTE! A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
- PLEASE NOTE: Kentish Town tube station will be closed until summer 2024.
- PLEASE NOTE: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.

- Camden Town: 17 minutes walking distance or 5 mins bus ride;
- Tufnell Park: 15 minutes walking distance or 5 mins bus ride.

400m to the nearest metro station and not far from Candem Market. Nice, safe neighborhood with shops around the corner. The only criticism is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, which would have been welcome given the large windows in our apartment.
