Spacious and cozy rooms. Bath tub was nice. Bus and underground are nearby and you can get straight to city centre without changing lines. Good instructions for check-in and check out. Grocery stores nearby.
If you are light sleeper I recommend ear plugs since you can hear traffic noises quite well.

2 bathrooms, The space, The location, The 24/7 shops around, The clear instructions and responsiveness of the host, The price.
No bed sheets to make use of the sofa bed, The mat in the living room a bit old, The ants although we had no food left on the table (perhaps due to this exceptional heatwave in May). Some mold in some places - a tiny refreshment in certain areas will improve the flat, Being on the ground floor, no views outside ( you feel a bit like in a cage), however we understand that it is more secure this way and we were outside anyway.
