    Terrible experience – poor cleanliness and nonexistent service I recently stayed at this property for three days and was highly disappointed. The cleanliness is unacceptable; my room was never cleaned during my entire stay, and the dustbin was left overflowing with trash. The booking process was also misleading. There was no clear option to choose between an AC or non-AC room online. Upon arrival, I was forced to pay an extra ₹1,300 for three nights just to upgrade to an AC room, with no concessions offered. To make matters worse, basic amenities like complimentary water were missing. When I requested a towel the next day, I had to call five times and visit the front desk in person, but my requests were completely ignored. The staff is entirely unsupportive and unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.
