    Friendly and co-operative staff, near to bus stop and local food joints, centralised area. Room was neat and clean. Clean drinking water jar available at reception and mineral water bottles available to buy. Can Bring outside food as well like swiggy and zomato. My booking was for 2 nights I have extended it to 3, a day prior to my booking, they have co-operated and made room available. I went there with my mother (64 yrs) as soon as we reached I was checking in, so I asked them to guide my mom to the room for rest and they did so. That's what I liked the most. The check out was also quick.

    I love this hotel.if I go back there I’ll be stay there.because staff behaviour manners best .they are very good.room and bathroom was very clean.I check out room but my all big bags are there for one night and Nxt day very safely.

    I stayed for one night. I booked family suit with mountain view. I found rooms and hotel very clean. Staff was very co- operative. It is around 400 metered away for Tirupati railway station(TPTY)

    Booked a suite room with my wife and infant. The argument with the receptionist started by demanding extra amount for early checkin. I showed the early checkin timings in agoda and then he started showing special services subjected to availability line written in the receipt and said that the room is not available and asked for extra amount. I said that special service is not a room availability at the same time I know that the argument is completely for demanding extra money. He knows that i'm with an infant and started to take it as an advantage. He advised me that i can't find a room nearby and even if i find anything, they will charge me for early checkins. Only gave me a room saying i should leave by evening as he have another big party coming that day. He started harassing me by calling the bell continuously and said my breakfast service which i paid for is only for next day. No hot water for baby! No wifi! No tv connection! The bathroom water clogs on the floor! I would have got a two rooms around this location for the price i paid and still the guy is a gold digger. If you are a pilgrim who came to visit temple, avoid this place to maintain your peace.
