I had a terrible experience with them on my second room booking. My first stay was good, so I booked again with the same expectation, but I regret the decision.
Before booking, I confirmed with them about hot water facilities, and they assured me of 24/7 hot water. When I checked in, the water was only warm, so I thought it would get hotter later. The next morning, I waited 15–20 minutes for hot water, but it never came. The staff asked me to wait longer, saying other guests had used it. Even after 20 minutes, the issue continued.
When I complained again, the staff hesitated to check, but after I insisted, they confirmed there was no hot water coming in my room. I asked them to either provide hot water or arrange another room just for bathing. Finally, they arranged it, but by then my time was wasted and my plans were postponed.

1. No cleanliness, dirty bedsheets, no blankets
2. No one comes to clean the room for 3 days
3. I booked AC room through AGODA but when i reach at 2:00 AM at night , they told they got Non-AC room booked by Agoda, i had to pay extra for AC again.
4. Staff and cleaner behaves badly if you ask for clean bedsheets, or blanket. The cleaner kept shouting for 30 minutes only I informed that please give a clean bedsheets.
5. They stop AC again and again from there side as it has central switch
