    The reception staff Mr. William was very supportive and very kind. The staff at the breakfast counter was very good though i recommend the management to add few more good options to breakfast menu. Overall it was a pleasantfull experience.

    The staffs were kind and polite. The place is very worth every penny. The mini kitchen is a good choice if you prefer home cooked. Mr. Wai Lin was on duty that time he was accommodating. I highly recommen and will surely be back soon.

    Rude staff, especially the front office ladies (Filipino) was very unprofessional and always busy looking at her phone and they made me wait for 2 hours to check in. Was staying at Hilton Seef then I had called this hotel and requested for a check in at 1pm and got confirmation through phone. Hence I checked out from Hilton and came to this hotel both the ladies were asked me to wait for 02 hours as its hotel policy (she confirmed over the phone for an early check in at 1pm) and denied my request. Overall very disappointed. It’s a 3 start apartment hotel and staffs are very rude. Never come back to this hotel ever. Not recommended!!!!
