    We loved our experience at the forest onsen glamping. The place is so sweet and well organized, everything is well thought of and neat. This is not a Ryokan or fancy hotel it’s a super comfortable and special camping which was a great experience after days at hotels and Ryokans. We loved it

    The location is nice and clean, surrounded by forest, which makes it peaceful and quiet. However, be prepared to stay away from any infrastructure—no shops, cafés, or convenience stores nearby. Even the closest 7-Eleven is a 25-minute walk downhill, and then you’ll need to walk back uphill. The house is a remodeled campervan, so the space inside is quite tight—not ideal if you’re looking for comfort or extra room. Also, there’s no staff at the reception, so you won’t be able to ask for help with things like calling a taxi. I definitely don’t recommend staying here without a car. But if you’re looking to disconnect and escape the city for a couple of days, this could be the right place for you.
