We were transferred to Wind Residences. The property is very giving, with the Taal Volcano as one of the beautiful scenery from our unit. The stay is very good. But the very one thing na hindi ko nagustuhan is the host did not refund our deposit. How many times akong nag reach out for the deposit but no reply from them. For our one night stay as far as we remember wala kaming na damage. Natulog lang kami and then the next day nag checkout.
But the host did not refund our safety deposit anyway. Its been week and wala parin akong natanggap na refund or any message coming from them
