The location of the apartment was amazing! It’s a 5-10 minute to all the major sites in Florence. We loved coming back to our accommodation to rest a bit in the afternoon before heading back out for aperitif. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated. Our host/manager was very friendly and accommodating as well. Overall our family had a fantastic time staying here!
There is one room (last room facing the street) that is noisy from 10 pm to 2 am. There is a bar outside and people are loud. My husband and I are deep sleepers and we were okay. Thankfully the other two rooms were very quiet for our kids.

The location was amazing, couldn’t have been better. It’s on a small street so not too crowded, but also very close to the duomo and enough foot traffic to feel safe and not secluded. I love the old palazzo feel of the property, the apartment itself was so clean.
One of the rooms has a window to the street and it was very loud at night and hard to sleep. There’s a restaurant that turns into a bar at night and kept us up until 2 am. Recommend a double window.

Beautiful apartment inside a palazzo that makes you really feel in Florence, the floor with the marble decorations gives the additional touch to complete the experience. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Perfectly located, walking distance everywhere and It has an elevator. Daniele was excellent, he welcome us, offered to help with the suitcases, and was very patient with the questions and the checkout. If you see this available do not doubt booking it
The third bedroom, the one with the 2 single beds facing the street was very loud to sleep in. There is a bar just outside that has people screaming until 2 AM, you need good earplugs to be able to sleep. The host mentioned they are making the window sound proof in June

Location is super! Clean apartment with comfortable beds.
Front bedroom with twin beds is near the street side so very noisy at night.
