A beautiful and well located property which was a great hub for our week stay in Penryn. The flat came with everything we needed, and more. From cleaning supplies, to kitchen supplies we were covered for every event. The hosts also gave us milk in the fridge for a very needed cup of tea on arrival after our long travel! Would absolutely stay here again :)

The location was good. Nice and central for touring around Cornwell
The facilities left a little to be desired. The hot water was not turned on so that the first person who had a shower had a cold one. The washing machine/clothes dryer didn't work properly. Clothes dryer kept blowing the fuses in the apartment. The remote control on the TV wasn't working properly and by the last night we couldn't get the TV to work at all
