The apartment was comfortable and clean. Everything was brand new. We really enjoyed two bathrooms. We had a very good contact with the owner who was super helpful.

LOLUS HOUSE ROMA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Che dire, esperienza più che positiva. Andrea il propietario della struttura è molto disponibile, ho richiesto il check-in anticipato ed è riuscito ad accontentarmi. L'accoglienza è stata curata dal papà, Mario. Un uomo molto preciso e attento che ci ha tenuto anche il posto per parcheggiare; permettendoci così di muoverci con i mezzi. La metro e la fermata autobus, vicinissime all'appartamento. Quindi anche la posizione è perfetta. La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata, è SUPER PULITA, CURATA, dotata di ogni confort e soprattutto attrezzata anche dal punto di vista di sicurezza, è presente il kit di pronto soccorso, l'estintore e il rilevatore antincendio e di monossido di carbonio. Super attenti a tutto. Si vede che ci tengono molto. Consigliatissimo!!! Complimenti a voi, ci vedremo per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Roma! Grazie mille 🥰 Angelica

Appartamento molto bello e confortevole, tutto nuovo e pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglio.

Sve u vezi ovog smestaja nas je odusevilo! Divan renoviran stan, odlicna lokacija i ljubazni vlasnik koji nas je docekao. U blizini ima sve, prodavnice, restorani, poslasticarnice, pekare, kafići itd. Takodje je i metro na par minuta pesaka. Rado bismo opet dosli u ovaj stan 😄
Jedino sto bi bilo zgodno je da se napravi čiviluk za jakne u hodniku, posto je bio samo jedan i to u spavacoj sobi, pa smo cesto jakne kačili o stolice 😅
