Great spacious apartments. Very warm. The bathroom is large and comfortable. There is a bathtub. In addition, we had access to a spa in the neighboring hotel. You need to walk about 150 to 200 meters along the street to get there, but the spa has a changing room, so this is not a problem. Overall there are no issues with parking. Usually you can find a parking space not far from the apartments. In general, the apartments themselves are good.

I really did not like how check in and check out are organized. I wanted to spend the weekend in Bansko and check in on Friday evening and check out in the morning or during the day. 1. When booking, I wrote that I wanted to check in at 8 pm. This is a more than reasonable time for all the hotels or apartments where I have stayed over the past six years. However, this did not suit the manager, and he demanded that I arrive by 5 pm because it was more convenient for him. 2. During check in, the manager asked me to pay attention to the fact that the apartment was perfectly clean. At the same time, there were someone else’s hairs in the bathtub. This is not a big issue, it is just unclear why such statements were made. 3. During check out, I was told to be there at 10 am to hand over the keys, not at 11 as stated. Also keep in mind that there is no reception. You will have to call the apartment owner by phone and hope that it is convenient for him to check you in, and then do the same when checking out. Overall, I do not want to stay in these apartments again, specifically because of this attitude. Probably if you want to stay there for a week, it is a fine option. If you are coming just for the weekend, you should definitely look for something else.
