La posizione, la disposizione delle camere e i due bagni, comodi per una famiglia.
I proprietari sono chiari sin dall'inizio e non lo nascondono. Le scale fini al 3. piano non sono comode per persone con difficoltà.

Локация ! Шикарная ! Вышел и тут же кафе и рестораны, достопримечательности в пешей доступности.
Мне понравилось всё, подъезд приятный, да лестница узкая, но она никак не мешает подняться спокойной на этаж. Квартира с кондиционером, и вентилятор в верхней спальне был. Мы были не в жаркие дни, потому необходимости в кондиционере не было. добавила бы столик для ванных принадлежностей в ванную комнату и дверь в ванную туго открывается )), но это для меня не создало проблем.

Great location, good AC for main level.
Considerable number of stairs to climb, curtains don't fit the windows well, no area(s) to hang clothes, steep stairs to 2nd bedroom, no AC for 2nd bedroom.

La décoration minimaliste Le confort de la literie Les 2 salles de bains Le quartier très animé mais l'appartement bien insonorisé
Manque de place pour les affaires de toilette dans une des salles de bain Pas de volets où de rideaux occultant dans les chambres Le tas de poubelles accumulées dans le hall d'entrée !
