Our apartment is located in the heart of Paris, the Saint Michel district on the left bank of the Seine, and borders the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain des Prés neighborhood.
From the moment you enter the space, the beige and gray tones of the living room will instantly immerse you in an atmosphere imbued with calm and serenity, in total contrast with the hustle and bustle of Parisian life.
Rare in Paris, it is equipped with an air conditioning system which makes it very pleasantly cool, even at the height of summer.
Air conditioning is available only from mid-March to mid-September.
Thanks to our large smart TV, you will love finding your favorite series again.
Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. We have chosen excellent quality bedding, as well as our bath towels and all household linens.
In American cuisine you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishwasher, that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.
You will stay in the heart of the Saint Michel neighborhood
This neighborhood offers a perspective on different historical sites: Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, the Palace of Justice, and the Louvre Museum. You can also easily reach the Saint Séverin Church in the Latin Quarter and the Saint Germain Abbey in Saint Germain des Prés.
You will arrive in a few seconds near the banks of the Seine and its famous booksellers who contribute to the charm of the Seine's banks while constituting a literary and historical heritage.
ATTENTION: parties are strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate termination without compensation and on the spot, and automatic collection of the deposit.

A credit card deposit of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be directly handed over to the owner for the duration of your stay.
48 hours after your departure, it will be debited, or not, by the owner, in case of parties, or general non-compliance with the regulations.
We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm, for 20 euros for 2 hours.
To access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du Caire 75002, to book your time slot in advance.
Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
