keys were a bit hard to get as I asked to pick keys up at 12 but on arrival the room wasn't ready and the people on the phone said they saw my request but didn't reply to tell me it won't be ready until 3pm, other than that everything else was mega and I would definitely stay again, amazing views and location
Parking at building is no good, we valet parked at the casino and that worked so well and cheaper than the building itself

Terrible, stressful, confusing check in. No keys were available at check in . No host contact details provided. Dirty bathrooms with pubic hair on toilet, sinks & floor. No pre warning at time of booking of pool closure for maintenance. No convenient parking.
