Spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. So well executed laced to get around Dijon area, right on T2 tramway -perfect! Car parking was great to have.
It is a very minor thing but worth attention. The kitchen needs a few more bits of basic equipment eg oven dishes, sharp steak knives, more than minimum cutlery for 4. It feels like there is an assumption that everyone will eat out every day, but many like me, love to Cookthe great produce of the area!

l'accueil de Fanny et de son conjoint au moment de la remise des clés est plus que "au top". Le logement est propre et bien équipé, et la vue sur Dijon est chouette! Fanny est trés réactive et à l'écoute des ses clients, elle a géré ma demande complexe d'une main de maitre .

Compact en schoon appartementje met privé parkeerplaats en handige snelle tramverbinding naar het centrum van Dijon. Het is in een wat ouder gebouw, zonder airco - maar daar tegenover staat dat de prijs dan ook zeer redelijk is. Onze gastvrouw Fanny was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
we verbleven er twee nachten gedurende de hittegolf van 38 graden C. van eind juni '26, dus het was soms een beetje puffen. Gelukkig konden de ramen 's nachts goed opengezet worden en was er ook een krachtige ventilator aanwezig.

De la réservation au check-out, hôte au top. Rien ne manque. Bien situé pour ne pas utiliser la voiture en parking sécurisé impeccable et accès centre historique 25' à pied, tram 10'. Accueil personnel et remise clés en en mains propres très apprécié. Ventilateur adapté. Merci !
Manque petite table à repasser et petit étendoir mais Fanny à l'écoute a pris note ! Merci !
