Le logement est bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Possibilité de se garer sans difficulté à toute heure grâce à un parking devant la résidence. Le logement est fonctionnel, il donne sur une petite terrasse mais celle ci n'est pas privative. Le logement est neuf et était propre à notre arrivée.
L'heure d'entrée dans le logement à 17h est selon nous un peu tardive. L'insonorisation de l'appartement est une catastrophe ! Nous entendions vraiment tout chez les voisins (tv même basse, toilette, discussions). Petite remarque, sur la photo il y a une cafetière nespresso (nous avions prévu de ce fait nos capsules) mais à notre arrivée c'était une senseo (2 dosettes étaient quand-même à notre disposition).
