la situation géographique. L'organisation de l'appartement car il est bien agencé et très bien équipé avec l'espace bien utilisé.
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de séparation plus importante avec les voisins qui font partie du même lieu. Terrasse petite et sans intimité

Localisation centre ville. Proche place République (où se trouvent les tram et bus). Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec équipements neufs. Calme car en retrait de la rue. Amabilité de l'hôte pour récupérer les clefs...
Petits détails. Manquent à l'étage un chevet ou une étagère près du lit et des sachets de thé et tisane dans la cuisine. Difficile de faire fonctionner la télé en simple tnt sans mode d'emploi idem pour le porte serviette... attention à la possible invasion de fourmis dans l'entrée.
