The location was excellent for us. A short 2 minute walk to the tram and a easy walk, 10 minutes, to old city center and market, Les Halles Market. You can also take the tram to the trainstation. The trip is around 15 minutes door to door. Marc is freindly and attentive to his guests and makes sure you have what you need.
There is a nice porch area, but no umbrella to keep the hot sun off you.
